The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, the
Room quality did not meet expectations. The bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, but overall, I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in my stay.

this is an under par facility for any money. I paid 10 dollars more for a Motel6 down I 90 that was excellent. The continental breakfast was a joke. Stale bakery.

Quiet bed, clean bathroom and TV, a microwave and a fridge in the room. Early check-in, late check-out.

Dingy room atmosphere!!! Thin walls letting in noise!!! Filthy towels and sheets. One even had stains!!! No USB charging ports available. Furniture and carpet in dire need of cleaning!!! Unmemorable front desk experience!!!

Many people (living) at the hotel. My suitcase was stolen by one of the residents; eventually recovered by police- they went to jail. Besides that it was very very dirty, no heat in the room (not even a thermostat), one light bulb and quite dark. We checked out and went somewhere else because I did not feel safe. I could not believe it!!

Nothing......... Well I guess the parking spot lines in the parking lot were nicely painted.
I showed up at about 10:00 p.m. The kid befind the desk was pretty dirty, and didn't know how to change my booking , which they had messed up. Then when I finally got into my room he invited his friends over to party in the parking lot right on the other side of the wall of my room. I slept about 2 hours as a result. There were no shower towels. The bedding was stained. The place was dirty and run down overall. Save your money because this place was a total waste of money. I would have slept better in my vehicle in a rest area, and not wasted the money.

Clean room and friendly staff, but weak bathroom lighting.

the rooms were adequate, once we got through all of the remodeling debris in the hallways
the debris and dust all over the hallways should be cleaned up daily if remaining open to the public.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and we spent time exploring the nearby Freeborn County Historical Society. It was nice to unwind and enjoy cable programming after a long day. Definitely a family-friendly spot!
In my wife's opinion, the breakfast options were limited. It would be great to have more variety for families with children.

It was a handy location.
Very poor "continental" breakfast. Not much there and when they ran out of milk the person at the desk said "they were out and wouldn't be getting anymore." Lobby area wasn't very eye appealing. The room was clean but had several things that were half done.

Staying here, I discovered that Green Mill Restaurant & Bar is just a hop away, serving up legendary eats. The laksa was a spicy adventure, and I loved the cozy vibes of the Motel's snack bar!
On the flip side, the place had a bit of a sketchy vibe with patchy ceilings and a musty hall smell. The lobby seemed a bit too public for my taste with folks hanging around and only one microwave chilling there.

Fairly nice stay, as always. Climate control, multi-channel television and a microwave oven in the room, marvellous location. Location not far from local restaurants, Minnesota and Albert Lea. Also, in a seedy part of town.
